I can't believe it's November already and so much to catch up on. I won't deny it's been a difficult year for many of us but I intend to round it off with a bang!
My big news is that I'm taking part in my first exhibition in North London. Three Painters. One London is a joint show with Eugenia Alekseyev and Rosie Woods. We'll be at the Peggy Jay Gallery in Burgh House from 15th November for the Private View, then 16th, 17th, 18th and 20th November. This show will feature paintings of London from the last year, focusing on Hampstead and Highgate. All my exhibition paintings are now listed on my website if you wanted to take a look before and I am happy to reserve paintings.
For anyone wanting something a bit more 'South London' I am hoping to be at the Art Market at St Marys Church in Putney on 4th December. And... I'll be running a short studio sale from 1st December up to the big day itself for all those last minute present ideas.
Just a short one for now as I'm in a confusion of framing and varnishing. However, if you missed it, I was lucky enough to be interviewed by various global media as I painted the queue for the Queen's lying in state. Hence the image above. It was a special day I will never forget. Here's the clip!
Until next time, Louise
