Winter walk on Wandsworth Common

This is a vibrant pastel painting of the mid winter sun through the trees on Wandsworth Common. It was created en plein air and in the studio in December 2020. I was particularly struck by the shadows cast by the trees on the path. 

Pastels on Pastelmat. 40 cm x 30 cm. Not mounted or framed.

Note, pastels are very sensitive to touch. Your painting will be sent with a protective cover which shouldn't be removed until you are ready to frame.
